About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Hindi Teacher to teach students across various classes in our CBSE school. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging, student-friendly learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Hindi language and literature to students across assigned classes as per CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities to enhance learning outcomes.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking skills in Hindi.
• Conduct class tests, assignments, and periodic assessments as per academic guidelines.
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance, performance, and progress reports.
• Foster a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
• Identify and support students’ learning needs and provide remediation where necessary.
• Prepare students for internal and board examinations (if applicable).
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning sessions.
• Integrate moral values and life skills into daily teaching.
• Stay updated with CBSE guidelines, teaching methodologies, and educational best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi or relevant specialization.
• B.Ed. is mandatory as per CBSE norms.
• Prior teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
• Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and pedagogy.
• Effective classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage students through interactive and creative learning methods.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital teaching tools.
