About the Role:

Join MentorClap Education Pvt Ltd, a growing company dedicated to empowering students through personalized learning. We are looking for passionate and committed Hindi Teachers to conduct offline (in-person) tutoring sessions for K–12 students.

As a Hindi Teacher with MentorClap, you'll work closely with students to enhance their language proficiency, develop reading and writing skills, and build confidence in Hindi communication. You'll have the flexibility to set your session timings and can choose to teach one-on-one or in small groups, depending on your preference and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive offline Hindi tutoring sessions for K–12 students
• Assess students' language abilities and customize lessons accordingly
• Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills effectively
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
• Prepare learning materials, worksheets, and reading exercises to enhance classroom sessions
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment

Requirements:

• Strong command over Hindi language and literature (up to Grade 12)
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and helping students develop language proficiency
• Availability for flexible part-time hours (evenings or weekends preferred)
• Must be able to conduct in-person classes at the designated location
