Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and child-centered Hindi Teacher to teach Grades 3 and 4. The ideal candidate should have strong classroom management skills, the ability to design interactive learning experiences, and a deep understanding of language development in young learners. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum requirements while fostering a love for Hindi language and literature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons based on the CBSE curriculum for Grades 3 & 4.
• Teach Hindi language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools as per school guidelines.
• Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in children.
• Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and documentation as required.
• Provide individualized support to students who require additional language reinforcement.
• Integrate activity-based learning methods such as storytelling, role plays, poems, language games, worksheets, and group activities.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of students during class hours.
• Collaborate with grade teachers, coordinators, and support staff for school-wide academic goals.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, competitions, and celebrations.
• Attend regular training, workshops, and professional development sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hindi / Education (B.Ed. mandatory).
• Prior experience teaching Hindi at primary level (preferably in a CBSE school).
• Strong command over written and spoken Hindi, with good proficiency in English.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use digital tools, smart classroom systems, and basic computer applications.
• Passion for teaching young learners with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm.
