Hindi Teacher - Primary

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hindi Teacher to teach students at Primary school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching the Hindi language, literature, and culture, creating engaging lessons, and encouraging students to develop strong language skills, both written and spoken.
Preferably Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi language, grammar, literature, and culture to students in Grade 1-4.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the developmental needs of students.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources, including digital tools, to engage students and enhance their language skills.
• Foster reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Hindi through creative activities, discussions, and interactive lessons.
• Assess students’ progress through quizzes, assignments, tests, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage students to explore Hindi literature, poetry, and cultural topics to deepen their understanding of the language.
• Create an inclusive, supportive, and motivating classroom environment where students feel comfortable participating and practicing their Hindi skills.
• Monitor and support students’ individual progress, and adjust teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to improve the language program and share best practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Participate in professional development and attend school meetings and events as required.
• Promote a love for Hindi language and culture, helping students appreciate its significance in the global context.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related
• Strong proficiency in Hindi, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience teaching Hindi for classes 1-4.
• Knowledge of Hindi grammar, literature, and cultural practices.
• Experience with a range of teaching methods, including differentiated instruction and technology integration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and productive learning environment.
• Ability to adapt lessons for students of various proficiency levels.
• Passion for teaching and helping students develop language proficiency and cultural awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
