Hiring 2d animator and concept artist

TINY ANT PICTURES is recruiting 2D animators with 0-1 years of experience. Expertise required in 2D animation on Adobe ANIMATE, AFTER EFFECTS, PREMIERE PRO and Concept Art on PHOTOSHOP & ILLUSTRATOR. Understanding Character Anatomy. Basic knowledge of perspective and proportion. Animation of scenes according to the concept. This is a full time on-site job in Kolkata.

Free lance or Work from home option NOT available.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month.

Time: 10am-6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Location: Patuli (near Kavi Subhash Metro Station/Patuli Fire Brigade), Kolkata, 700094.

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in 2D Character Animation to create engaging visual narratives.

* Skilled in Motion Graphics and Rigging techniques to produce smooth character movements.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.

* Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team.

* Passion for storytelling and a creative mindset.

* Formal training or a degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

* Designing characters, backgrounds, objects and the animation environment.

* Developing the timing and pace of the movements of a character or object during the sequence of images and ensuring they follow the soundtrack and audio.

* Should be able to do independent research to ensure the accuracy of all animation materials produced, design tools, concepts and techniques.

* Provide support during the project to ensure technical changes or adjustments are done to ensure the final product meets the requirements of the Project.

* Should possess excellent drafting skills and sophisticated use of colour and in depth domain knowledge.

* Keep track of knowledge of changing technologies in electronic publication methods, design and production software.

* Communicate with the Director and writer to clearly understand tasks and

deadlines, asking probing questions or for clarification if anything is

unclear.

* Self-assess progress and utilize time management techniques to meet deadlines

and milestones.

* Bringing imagination and other creative skills to adapt to tasks and notes.
