Hiring: Accounts & Finance Officer (1+ Years Experience) – On-Site | Lahore | Full-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts & Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting documents.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Monitor financial data and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documents.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Accounts or Finance.
• CA, ACCA, or M.Com qualification (completed or partially qualified).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage financial records accurately and assist in audits.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial management systems or ERP software.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
