• This is a fully office-based job (no remote work).

Position Overview:

We are hiring fresh and experienced candidates for the role of Call Center Representative – Lead Generation.
(No sales involved – only simple lead generation. Training will be provided.)

You will be responsible for interacting with new and existing customers via calls to generate leads and follow up as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with new and recurring customers through energetic and professional communication
• Perform outbound calls for lead generation
• Manage follow-ups via calls and emails
• Maintain customer interaction logs (training will be provided)

Requirements:

• Age Under 25 Yrs
• Education: Intermediate, O/A Levels, Bachelors, or University Undergraduates
• Basic understanding of outbound call center operations
• Must be:
• Energetic & enthusiastic
• Creative and confident
• A multitasker and active listener
• Fluent spoken & written English is mandatory
