Sadeem Energy, a leading company in energy and technology solutions, is expanding its team. We are looking for motivated professionals for the following positions:

1. AI / IT / Software Engineer

-Salary: 2,500 AED + commission (salary increase after 3 months based on performance)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize software and AI solutions.
• Collaborate on technical projects
• Provide support for IT infrastructure and software applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, IT, or related field.
• Experience in software development, AI, or machine learning.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

2️. Water Treatment / Irrigation Engineer (Own visa required)

-Salary: 2,500 AED + commission (salary increase after 3 months based on performance)

Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain water treatment and irrigation systems.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure systems comply with UAE standards.
• Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and proposals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Irrigation, l, Environmental or Water Engineering.
• Experience in irrigation and/or water treatment systems.
• Knowledge of pumps, pipelines, filtration, and hydraulic systems.

3️. Technician(Own visa required)

-Salary: 1,200 – 2,000 AED (part-time)

Responsibilities:

• Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Assist engineers on-site.
• Ensure safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical diploma or experience in related field.
• Hands-on skills and ability to work on-site.

4️ Driver (Own visa required)

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport staff and materials using company vehicle.
• Maintain vehicle condition and cleanliness.
• Follow traffic rules and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle).
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
