Pay and Schedule

• Starting at $16.25/hour
• 30–35 hours per week, up to 40 hours during peak hiring periods
• Monday–Friday, typically between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Evening remote hours 1 day per week, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

What You Will Do

• Conduct virtual interviews using a clear, guided format
• Help candidates feel welcomed and supported
• Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
• Assist with screening, reference checks, onboarding, and new hire paperwork
  
• Maintain employee records and hiring documentation
• Support staffing needs across classrooms and center
  
• Step into classrooms as needed to support ratios, routines, and supervision

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Child care or daycare experience strongly preferred
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable talking with candidates and leading conversations
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks
  
• Comfortable using Google Meet and basic computer systems
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check

This is a support position. You are not making final hiring decisions. You are helping create a positive experience for candidates, supporting new hires, and helping our team stay organized and prepared.
