Job Summary
Harry's Downtown & Harry's Sidecar are actively seeking positions in the back of house from cooks to dishwashers as well as servers and bartenders. We have been under new ownership since March of 2025 and are so excited our brand and restaurant is growing steadily and serving up some incredible food and drinks to our beloved city. Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the FOH.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following established quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods.
• Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to uphold our commitment to guest safety.
• Support training new team members by sharing best practices and fostering a positive team environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
