Hiring Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive (BDE) – WAVE | Islamabad

WAVE is hiring a confident and target-driven Business Development Executive for our Islamabad office.

If you know how to find clients, close deals, and grow revenue — this role is for you.

We are looking for someone who thinks big, speaks confidently, and knows how to turn opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads (local & international markets)
• Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, calls, and other platforms
• Pitch company services professionally
• Close deals and negotiate contracts
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with operations team after deal closure
• Achieve monthly revenue targets

Requirements:

• 1–2 years experience in Business Development / Sales (BPO experience is a plus)
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident personality and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach & email marketing
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
