Hiring: Call Center - Insurance Broker Representatives

We are expanding our team and looking for driven, people-focused individuals to join us as Health & Financial Solutions Agents. Whether you're already licensed or just starting your journey in the industry, we want to hear from you — we invest in the right people.

In this role, you will work with individuals and businesses to help them navigate and enroll in the right coverage and financial solutions, including health insurance, life insurance, supplemental benefits, Property and Casualty, and annuities. You'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, building lasting relationships and delivering real value to every client you serve.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with individuals and business clients
• Educate clients on health, life, supplemental, and annuity products
• Guide clients through the enrollment and application process from start to finish
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of individual and business accounts
• Develop long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support
• Stay current on products, regulations, and market changes

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicators who are comfortable on the phone and in person
• Self-starters with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
• Ability to build trust quickly with individuals and business decision-makers
• Experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is a plus — but not required
• Licensed agents (Life & Health or P&C) are strongly encouraged to apply
• Unlicensed candidates are welcome — we will support you in obtaining your license
