Hiring Caregivers in San Jose

Looking for Caregivers for immediate hire. Our clients need assistance with personal care, companionship, and light housework, errands and transportation in the San Jose and Santa Clara areas. Paying $21 - $24 per hour plus overtime. Earn an extra $200 Sign-on bonus to honor the professional in you! Weekday hours. 4-8 hour flexible shifts.

Your Role

Caregivers are required to provide home care services to clients i.e, light housekeeping, running errands,meal planning, providing companionship to clients.

You will also be needed to provide personal care to clients, this is by helping with their activities of daily living such as bathing and helping with their hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver will provide routine individualized personal care for client
• Light housekeeping for the client and occasional meal preparation
• Transportation to and from appointments and errands
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status and perform medication management
• Caregiver will maintain a safe, secure, engaging environment by following established standards and procedures

Requirements

• Must have the authorization to work in the US. Must clear fingerprinting, criminal background check, TB test
• CNA / HHA or other certification desirable but not required
• CPR or First Aid certified desirable
• Ability to handle physical workload
