Key Responsibilities:

• Verify Customer Interactions: Ensure that all customer service calls meet quality standards.
• Sales Verification: Verify completed sales to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to team and company growth.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic, high-energy setting while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in closing.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales verification / Closing and ability to close deals effectively.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Relationship Building: Excellent skills in establishing rapport and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

What We Offer:
