Hiring: Cold Caller – Design Unit (Experienced)

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to join our Design Unit. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in outbound calling and a strong ability to generate.

Requirements:

* Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in cold calling

* Experience in selling design services (logo, website, branding, etc.) is preferred

* Strong communication and persuasion skills

* Ability to handle objections and convert leads into clients

* Fluent in English (mandatory)

* Target-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (international market)
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Pitch design services (logo, web, branding, etc.)
• Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Update CRM and maintain call records

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Location: Gulshan, Block 3 (Onsite)

Salary: Market competitive + commission (starts upon successful sales)
