• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction with a professional attitude
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Work with team to improve service quality and workflow

Qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus (not mandatory)
