We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. Candidates must possess strong communication abilities and demonstrate effective leadership skills.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service through outbound calls.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales and customer support skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary + Commission
