Eligibility Criteria:

• MBBS / MD / equivalent recognised medical qualification
• Valid medical council registration in home country
• Mandatory requirement: Willingness to learn German up to B2 level
• (Required for medical licensing and hospital placement in Germany)
• Clinical experience is preferred; motivated fresh graduates may also be considered
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to an international clinical environment
