We're hiring a dependable, animal-loving team member to join our dog walking team in Indianapolis.

This position is ideal for someone who:

• Has availability between approximately 10am–3pm at 2-3 weekdays per week
• Wants extra income but does not need full-time hours
• Enjoys being active and spending time outdoors
• Loves dogs and feels comfortable handling them safely
• Works remotely with a flexible schedule
• Is retired or semi-retired and wants to stay active
• Is a stay-at-home parent with school-day availability
• Is self-employed, freelancing, or in a life transition
• Wants meaningful, enjoyable work without being tied to a desk

What You'll Be Doing

• Walking dogs during the middle of the day
• Providing companionship and care while clients are at work
• Following detailed care instructions
• Sending updates and photos to clients after visits
• Driving between appointments throughout the Broad Ripple and surrounding areas

Requirements

• Availability 2-3 weekdays per week during midday hours
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Smartphone with data plan
• Ability to walk multiple miles per day in all weather conditions
• Ability to safely handle dogs of various sizes and energy levels
• Excellent communication and reliability
• Ability to pass a background check
