Hiring English Teachers

Job Summary

The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in English language and literature, fostering students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. The role requires creating a positive learning environment, assessing student progress, and supporting overall academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons in line with curriculum guidelines.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and spoken English.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods, including technology and interactive activities.
• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide individualized support to students to enhance their language proficiency.
• Foster critical thinking, communication, and literary appreciation among students.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a motivating learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and extracurricular activities.
• Communicate with parents regarding student performance and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English Literature, English Language, or Education (B.Ed. preferred).
• Proven teaching experience in English (school/college level).
• Strong command of English grammar, literature, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students with innovative teaching practices.
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
