Position Summary

We are currently seeking experienced, reliable, and compassionate Caregivers to support clients in their homes on a part-time basis. This role offers flexible scheduling with multiple shifts available in Pineville and surrounding areas.

Candidates should be motivated, dependable, and ready to begin promptly. Competitive pay is offered based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including mobility support
• Monitor and document vital signs and overall client well-being
• Provide care for individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities
• Support client independence through compassionate, personalized care
• Prepare meals in accordance with dietary needs and preferences
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support care plans
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote physical and emotional health
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home care or a related field preferred
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and perform lifting as needed
• Basic knowledge of vital signs and health monitoring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Experience with dementia care is highly desirable
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred)
• Relevant certifications/training are a plus

• Must provide strong professional references
