Toyzone. pk, Pakistan’s leading online toy store, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Male Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have a knack for customer care, are skilled in upselling, and have experience working with tools like Excel and Google Sheets, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Confirmation: Confirm customer orders over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Upselling: Introduce and recommend additional toys or related products to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for maintaining records and generating reports.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer care or related experience.
- Skills:
- o Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- o Ability to upsell products effectively.
- o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
