Job Overview:

We are urgently hiring an experienced Immigration Case Processing Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage visa, work permit, and permanent residency (PR) applications for countries including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the US, the UK, and Schengen nations.

This role requires a strong understanding of immigration procedures, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle immigration applications (visa, work permit, PR)
• Handle immigration cases for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the US, UK, and Schengen countries
• Ensure all forms and documents are accurate and meet current immigration guidelines
• Complete, review, and submit legal paperwork and immigration forms
• Guide and update clients throughout the application process
• Track the status of applications and maintain thorough case records
• Assist with Educational Credential Assessments (ECA)
• Stay updated on immigration rules, policies, and relevant programs (e.g., Express Entry, PNPs, work permits)
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of direct immigration case processing experience
• Strong knowledge of immigration systems for the countries mentioned above
• Ability to manage end-to-end case processing independently
• Excellent communication and client handling skills
• Familiarity with ECA procedures and major immigration platforms

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in immigration case processing
Languages Required: Hindi, Punjabi
