Pay: $21.00 – $26.00+ per hour

About the Role:
This role is designed for experienced providers who are comfortable working independently within a structured ABA program.
You will work 1:1 with young children in a center-based setting, implementing treatment plans, supporting skill development, and maintaining high-quality, consistent sessions.
This is an active role requiring engagement, consistency, and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement individualized treatment plans with accuracy and consistency
- Provide 1:1 therapy to children ages 2–7
- Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and record session data accurately and consistently
- Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and reliability

- Center-based setting with consistent schedule and structure

Minimum Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Availability Monday through Friday during daytime hours
- Ability to work in-person in Bloomington, MN
- Experience working with children in a structured setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification
- Previous ABA therapy experience
- Background in psychology, education, or a related field
- Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs
Compensation Levels:
Compensation is based on qualifications and assigned level:
- Level 2 – Relevant experience in ABA, childcare, or related field (RBT Preferred)
- Level 1 – Advanced experience, RBT certification, and demonstrated high performance
Higher-level placement corresponds to higher pay within the posted range.
