Job Description:

We are looking for confident and professional female Customer Service Representatives for a USA-based MVA verification campaign. This is a work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to individuals in the USA who were recently involved in motor vehicle accidents.
• Professionally verify accident-related details.
• Collect accurate and complete information to support legal procedures
• Maintain high call quality and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow scripts and compliance guidelines strictly.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong active listening skills
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• Night shift: 7:45 PM – 6:00AM (USA shift)
• Laptop with stable internet connection and electricity backup.
• Freshers and experienced both candidates can apply
• Professional attitude and call handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must be punctual, responsible and committed to work.
• Ability to work independently from home.

Job Timing:

• Night Shift: 7:45 PM – 6:00AM (USA Shift)
• Starting from PKR 25,000/- to 35,000Sales bonuses and punctuality incentives
