Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive female sales associate to join our real estate team. In this role, she will be responsible for identifying qualified leads, engaging potential buyers, and effectively closing sales opportunities. She will also nurture client relationship and guide them throughout the property buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
· Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed sales.
· Maintain and update client information in CRM systems for accurate tracking.
· Nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular communication
· Address customer concerns, questions, and complaints professionally.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business
· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Provide regular updates to the sales manager regarding lead status and sales progress.
· Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve strategies.
· Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor on all calls.
· Follow company policies, scripts, and quality standards.
· Protect customer data and ensure confidentiality at all times.

Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
· 1–2 years of telesales or call center experience (real estate experience is an added advantage).
