Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their late-night dining or take-out needs using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for processing payments and orders
• Pack take-out orders carefully, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and packing area throughout your shift
• Handle guest inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items or order status
• Support the team with food service duties when needed, including serving or refilling supplies
• Follow all safety protocols and restaurant procedures to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests

Experience

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential for success in this role
• Previous experience handling take-out orders or working during late-night shifts is advantageous

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
