Hiring for Leasing Agents

To effectively lease commercial and residential properties by identifying qualified tenants, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring high occupancy rates for property owners.

CORE TASKS

O Property Marketing — Promote available units through listings, signage, online platforms, and property tours.

O Tenant Sourcing — Identify and attract qualified tenants through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.

O Conducting Viewings — Arrange and host property viewings for potential tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.

O Lease Negotiation - Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and conditions aligned with company goals and tenant needs.

O Application Processing — Screen tenants by verifying documents, background checks, and financial suitability.

O Documentation & Contracts — Prepare, review, and ensure the timely signing of lease agreements and renewals.

o Client Relationship Management - Maintain positive relationships with tenants and landlords for long-term retention.

Skills Set

1. 5—6 years of proven experience in a similar leasing role, handling both luxury residential and commercial properties.

2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.

3. Working knowledge of Property Management Systems

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
