Role Overview:
- Responsible for overall monitoring of Legal Function.
- Monitor SLAs and mitigate any deviations.
- Initiate and implement process improvement measures.
- Mentor paralegals and supervisor for seamless delivery of tasks with quality as agreed with the business.
- Liaison with quality and enabling teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- First point of contact for business for updates on operations.
