Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager with a proven background in managing casual dining restaurants in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitability while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and service quality.
• Ensure excellent guest service, handling customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver consistent performance and hospitality standards.
• Monitor and control operational costs, P&L, and budgets to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Oversee food safety, hygiene, and compliance with UAE municipality regulations.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
• Develop strategies to increase sales through promotions, upselling, and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, labor, and operational performance for management review.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement of supplies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management within the UAE, specifically in casual dining concepts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with multicultural team experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of UAE F&B regulations, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
