Hiring for Sr Accountant in Dubai

Black Swan Group is a dynamic and diversified business group operating across multiple sectors including Business Setup Services, Real Estate, Business Center solutions, and Healthcare. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee group company accounts across multiple business entities
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and MIS
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
• Maintain accurate records in accounting systems (Zoho / ERP)
• Ensure proper documentation and internal controls across all entities

Requirements

• Qualification: Inter CA / ACCA Finalist (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of UAE taxation (VAT & Corporate Tax)
• Experience handling multiple companies / group structure
• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-business environment
