Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Present and explain vehicle details, pricing, and financing options to customers
• Follow up with leads and update customer information in the CRM system
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer processing
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare quotations, agreements, and sales documentation
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
