Overview
Our organization is expanding its emergency medical services and seeks highly skilled physicians to join the ER team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering timely, effective, and professional emergency care in alignment with organizational standards and clinical best practices.

Employment Options

• Full-Time: 8 × 24-hour shifts per month
• Part-Time: 4 × 24-hour shifts per month

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments upon ER admission
• Deliver critical treatment and emergency procedures
• Stabilize patients prior to transfer or extended care
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic findings
• Communicate clinical information effectively to patients and families
• Maintain regulatory-compliant documentation
• Engage in professional learning to remain current in emergency medicine

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of residency (Emergency, Internal, or Family Medicine)
• Active Texas medical license with at least 2 years ER experience
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, ATLS (required)
• Strong knowledge of medical technology, procedures, and standards
• Ability to lead within a multidisciplinary team
