About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Freight Brokers to join our client's logistics team. The role involves connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth transportation of goods. Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between shippers and carriers to arrange freight transportation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients.
• Negotiate freight rates and ensure profitable deals.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle documentation, contracts, and agreements related to freight.
• Resolve issues related to shipments, delays, or damages.
• Maintain records of all transactions in the company system.
• Work towards achieving monthly targets and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fresher to 3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or freight brokerage (training will be provided for freshers).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM software).
• Knowledge of U.S./international logistics (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
