Job description:

We are looking for client focused Interns who are interested in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle technical queries, troubleshoot basic issues, provide guidance, outreach and ensure a smooth customer experience and client retention.

Requirements:

• Provide real-time chat support to customers.
• Outreach potential leads with team
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions accurately and efficiently.
• Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Communicate updates or issues to team leads as needed.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking tools.

Qualification:

• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.

Location: PIA Road near wapda town ,Lahore
Timings: 10:00am-7:00pm

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
