Hiring: Human Resources & Academic Lead.

Are you driven by a passion for philanthropy and a commitment to building meaningful change? Nai Subah Youth Empowerment Trust (NSYET) is looking for an HR & Academic Lead to help us empower visually impaired youth through accessible training and education.

In this role, you’ll:
Oversee curriculum updates that keep our students future-ready.
Lead training needs analysis and capacity building for staff and faculty.
Lead and manage an inclusive, positive work environment rooted in fairness and impact.

Who We’re Looking For:

-A compassionate leader with 5-7 years of relevant experience (NGO or education sector preferred).

-Someone who believes in teamwork, purpose-driven work, and inclusive growth.

-Strong communicator, public speaker, and documenter.

-Most importantly: someone whose passion for service and philanthropy shines through in their daily work.
