Forest Enterprises is looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Lahore office and drive business growth in the US custom packaging market.

If you have strong experience in custom boxes, packaging, or printing sales and have previously managed a sales team, we would love to connect with you.

Location: Basement, 737 Manchester Tower, G4, Johar Town, Lahore (Office-Based)

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Mon – Fri) – US Market

Competitive Salary + Attractive Commission

Requirements

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in the packaging industry

✔ Experience leading or managing a sales team

✔ Strong English communication and client-handling skills

✔ Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in the US market

✔ Experience in custom boxes, packaging, or printing solutions

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the packaging sales team

* Train and guide sales agents to improve conversions

* Generate new business opportunities in the US market

* Achieve monthly sales targets and team performance goals
