WE ARE HIRING – INSURANCE MANAGER
Company: Chris One Point Home Care
Location: DUBAI

Chris One Point Home Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Manager to oversee and manage all home care insurance-related operations — ensuring smooth coordination between our patients, insurance providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of home care insurance approvals and renewals.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for patient eligibility, approvals, and billing.
  • Maintain accurate records of approvals, rejections, and claim submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance policies and DHA/DOH regulations.
  • Liaise with clients and clinical staff for documentation and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a home care or healthcare insurance department.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance procedures and portals (e.g., DHA, HAAD).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple cases efficiently.
