Hiring Interior Designer

we are seeking a highly skilled and UAE experienced Interior Designer to work in our design team and contribute to the success of our diverse projects.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Project Management: Support the Head of Design on interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
• Conceptualization and Design Development: Develop and present creative and innovative design concepts that align with the client's vision and project objectives. Translate conceptual ideas into detailed design plans, mood boards, and presentations.
• Space Planning and Layout Design: Utilize expert knowledge of space planning to optimize functionality and flow within interior spaces. Create detailed layout plans, specifying furniture, fixtures, and finishes to meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Material and Finish Selection: Source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept, client preferences, and industry trends. Maintain awareness of new materials and trends in interior design.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including architects, project managers, and other designers. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the design process. Present design concepts and proposals to clients, addressing feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure design integrity and compliance with project specifications. Oversee the coordination of construction documents and drawings.
• Budget Management: Work closely with project managers to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successfully completed projects. Experience with a Consultant or Real-Estate Client is a plus.
• Proficient in design software such as 3DSMax, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
