JOB DESCRIPTION

We are working home insurance lead generation program,

we are searching for a polite , professional person to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to customers by answering question , handling complaint the product and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.

Female candidate have an experience first must be considered

Minimum 1-2 years experience from call center

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering or making calls to learn about and address their needs, complaints ,or services
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solution, and ensuring that supported and valued
• Good communication to team member and build your team to manage work
• High level commission

• Patience customers may be frustrated when they make contact ,so patience is certainly virtue every employee and team as needs to have
• English communication
• positive attitude.
• Attentive listening.
• Timing start 6 00 PM to 400 am and 45 minutes break
