Prestige OSS is looking to hire a results-driven and experienced from the how capable of managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and conducting demos and closing deals. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the dynamics of the business and he has a proven track record of converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibility

• Conduct persuasive and informative product/service demos tailored to client needs
• Effectively manage the full sales cycle and close deals independently
• Identify client pain points and position to address those challenges
• Maintain strong follow-up practices to nurture leads and convert opportunities
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless post-sale handover
• Train and mentor both new hires and existing team members, while contributing to the growth and leadership of a high-performing sales team.
• Agents is capable to achieve goal and target

Requirements:

• Fresher and experience in sales, specifically within the Us campaign
• Proven track record of closing deals end-to-end — from lead generation to final agreement
• Excellent English,communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet/exceed targets
