Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Lawyer specializing in civil, criminal, and corporate law. The role is based in the Lahore District. The selected candidate will provide legal advisory services, draft legal contracts, represent clients in civil and criminal litigations, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory frameworks. Additional responsibilities include conducting legal research, structuring detailed legal documentation, and collaborating with clients and team members to develop effective legal strategies.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Civil, Criminal, and Corporate Law with practical experience in litigation and advocacy
  • Proficiency in Legal Research, Contract Drafting, and Evaluating Risk Assessment
  • Experience in Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Advisory, and structured dispute resolution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Detail-oriented with expertise in reviewing and ensuring accuracy in legal documentation
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM)
  • A valid Bar Council License and relevant experience as a practicing advocate (High Court )
