Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Shadow Teacher – Candidates (Own Visa Required)

We are seeking a committed and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Shadow Teacher to support students in a school setting. Candidates with relevant experience and a valid UAE visa are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid UAE visa and Emirates ID
• Must have SEN, SEND, ABA, and RBT certification
• Previous experience as an LSA / Shadow Teacher is required
• Strong communication and classroom support skills
• Patient, reliable, and child-focused personality

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one classroom support to assigned students
• Assist with behavioural, emotional, and academic development
• Implement therapy and learning strategies as guided by specialists
• Support classroom routines and student engagement
• Maintain daily progress notes and coordination with teachers and therapists
