Job Responsibilities:
· To impart knowledge on how to acquire customers & negotiate deals
· To set, weekly, monthly & yearly goals for the sales team
· To track these goals through review & meetings with the team
· To offer advice, training & motivation incase goals are not met
· To keep one's self updated with latest information on housing regulation & legislations that effect the industry
· To review own sales performance
· To follow office process of management & code of conduct.
· To send weekly status/sales reports to concerned managers.
· To develop and maintain relationship with the channel partners to conduct regular sales meetings.
· Possess, Identifying and networking abilities with reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
· A good team manager having a successful track record of sales in real estate.
· Managing the entire sales operations and administration of Team.
· Well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
· Develop and Implement the Marketing Strategy, Establish and Manage New Channel partners, Alliances.
· Candidates from having exposure in handling NRI Clients.
· Maximize revenue generation and lead closures.
· Making presentations and pitches to the corporate clients.
· Adept at exploring business potential, opportunities as well as clientele to secure profitable business volumes.
· Skilled in forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele.
