Leads CONSUMABLES (skincare, Derma, Fillers, Aesthetic products) sales portfolio across assigned regions, ensuring revenue growth, customer coverage, CRM discipline, and strong alignment with commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual CONSUMABLES sales plans.
- Drive portfolio penetration and regional activation.
B. Customer & Market Development
- Manage strategic accounts and opportunities.
- Expand customer base and strengthen territory reach.
C. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Coordinate with Marketing, MSBD, SCM, and Technical Services.
- Ensure readiness for campaigns, launches, and demos.
D. Operational Excellence
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline quality.
- Ensure forecasting discipline and collection support.
E. Leadership
- Lead and coach Executives, Representatives, and Associates.
