Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform all specialty-specific procedures with high clinical standards.
• Utilize advanced technologies, digital workflows, and modern techniques for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and expected results.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings for complex case discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements through CMEs, workshops, and professional development programs.
• Contribute to both clinical practice and academic activities.
• Deliver patient-centered care with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidate Requirements

• MDS degree in the respective specialty.
• Valid Dental Council Registration is mandatory.
• Strong clinical exposure in the relevant field.
• Interest in academics and research is an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Long-term commitment and willingness to join immediately will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
