Finance Manager – Automotive Experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with all accounting and regulatory standards, while supporting strategic business decisions that drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master’s or CPA/CA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in the automotive dealership sector.
• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting systems (such as Autoline Keyloop, SAP, or similar DMS).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• In-depth understanding of cost control, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s (or GCC) tax and financial regulations.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• With valid Qatar id
• Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
