Position Overview:
We are looking for a polished, personable, and professional Host/Hostess to be the first and last impression of our restaurant. This role is critical in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while managing reservations, guest flow, and communication with the service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest warmly upon arrival and thank them upon departure
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating assignments efficiently using our booking platform (e.g., OpenTable)
• Maintain an accurate waitlist and quote wait times with professionalism
• Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure smooth table turnover and service flow
• Answer phones, confirm reservations, and assist with special requests
• Keep the host stand, entryway, and restrooms tidy and presentable at all times
• Deliver service with poise, polish, and a genuine smile

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Calm under pressure and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays

Projected Total Compensation: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
