Production Supervisor – Plastic Manufacturing

Working Schedule: 8 hours+ 1 Hour Break, 6 days

Work Location: Mesaieed

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of hands-on supervisory experience in plastic manufacturing, ideally in irrigation or pipe production.
• Strong understanding of extrusion and injection molding machinery and processes.
• Technical knowledge of drip irrigation pipes, fittings, and relevant plastic materials (HDPE, PP, LDPE, LLDPE).
• Proficient in mold changes, including pin/core swaps and machine parameter adjustments.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on results and accountability.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and production or ERP software.
