Bright Smile Medical Center is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office tasks, supporting management, and ensuring smooth operations in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Handle phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems.
  • Assist in scheduling, data entry, and coordination tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word &Excel)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.
  • Previous administrative experience is an advantage.
